hi.
2 days ago i click a link to watch something, and after it downloaded,a pop-up kept coming up saying ' critical system warning
Your system is probably infected with the latest version of Trojan.Zlob-X.a
Full system optimization will greatly increase your computer's performance and prevent data loss'
Click OK to download antispyware software! (Recommended)
I try scanning the system but it didn't show anything wrong.I didn't know what to do so i restored to system to 1 day before.
the pop up is gone, but now when i start surfing the net, it works fine for like the first 15 minutes but then when i right-click on something, like a link or to open a new tab, nothing happens, then the tab or window i was on stops working and i have to close it,then when i try to open a new window it opens but it closes itself immediately,
then i have to restart the system but the same thing happens again, works for 15 minutes and then starts to fail again.
i don't know what to do,so any help will be much appreciated.
I installed OpenSuse yesterday and after an hour of fiddling managed to get connected to my wireless network.
I have booted up today and it hasn't started automatically.
under Network Settings - YaST i can see 2 wireless network cards now one is
54M.USB and shows as Not configured
the other
54M.USB DHCP - when clicked it says
54MUSB........(No hwinfo)
*Device Name:wlan0
*Started automatically at boot
*IP address assigned using DHCP
If I click edit > Next I can see my correct Network Name, WEP-Open and Key but it still won't connect.
If I click Scan Network nothing happens.
Any suggestions?
The Dongle is a BlueNext BN-WD54G
